Subject: Closure of the Self Published Horror Calendar Project

Dear Contributors and Supporters,

I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have shown interest in and support for the Self Published Horror Calendar project. It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of a difficult decision I have had to make.

Despite the initial enthusiasm and the dedication of those who did submit their work, we unfortunately did not receive a sufficient number of submissions to move forward with the project. It is always a tough decision to make, but I believe it is in the best interest of everyone involved to close the project at this time.

I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to those who took the time and effort to submit their book covers. Your creativity and passion for the genre were evident, and I am truly grateful for your contributions.

While this project may not have come to fruition as we had hoped, I want to emphasize that your support has not gone unnoticed. Your enthusiasm for self-published horror works is inspiring, and I believe there are still opportunities for us to collaborate on future projects and endeavors within the genre.

I understand that this news may be disappointing, and I share in that disappointment with you. However, I remain committed to exploring new avenues and opportunities within the horror community. Together, we can continue to celebrate and promote the fantastic work being done by self-published horror authors and artists.
